IN NO EVENT SHALL Fave Fetch'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU HAVE PAID TO Fave Fetch IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.
